Steps to Enrolling in Camp

1. Pay Deposit Online or Mail with Registration

2. Fill Out Registration Form Online or Print Out Registration and Mail

3. Fill Out Medical Form and Mail or bring to camp
(May not participate in camp without medical form)

4. Fill Out Liability Waiver and Mail

5. Pay Remaining Amount Due (Camp Fee minus Deposit) Online or Mail
