CARTER’S GYMNASTICS ACADEMY
2003 POLICIES

     There is a $35.00 registration fee that is due every year on the first of September.  Students will be asked to pay the registration fee on signing for a class and then prorated in September if applicable.

     Tuition is due on the first day of a student’s class.  There will be an early bird discount of $3.00 if the tuition is paid one week prior to the start of the new session.  There will be a $10.00 late fee if the tuition is paid one week after the students first day on their new session.

     Students that have not paid tuition by the second week of classes will not be permitted to attend class.

     Tuition is non-refundable!  If a student chooses to leave in the middle of a session, they are still responsible for the applicable tuition.

     Tuition will not be prorated for vacations or missed classes.  (Exceptions may include medical reasons and must be approved by the class director.)

     A drop slip must be filled 30 days prior to the drop of a class.  If a drop slip is not filled out and a student is not planning on returning for the next session, the next session tuition will be applied.  Late fees may also apply.  Tuition will continue to be applied until a drop slip is returned.

    There are 2 make-ups allowed per session.  In order to receive a make-up, parents must call in advance to let the instructors know of the student’s absence.  Make-up must be scheduled and must be in the same in the same or lower level class.  Make-ups can be made up in the following session if the student is enrolled in the new session. 

     Due to safety reasons, parents must view from the designated area.  There will be no parents allowed in the gym at any time (exception “Carter Baby” class.)

     There is no admittance to any of the office area, behind the front desk, or Brian Carter’s room.  If you are interested in purchasing something from behind the desk, please ask for assistance.
